Full Itinerary
Day 01: Yangon Arrival
Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to warmly greet and escort you to the hotel for check-in.
Today, a welcome meeting will be organized at 6 pm. Before the meeting, you are recommended stepping out onto the streets of Yangon, heading to the Yangon Circle Line train for taking a 3-hour local journey to Bogyoke Market and haggle with the locals. Also, you can opt to Sule Paya Pagoda which is a 2000-year-old golden temple as well as Gems Museum – home to several the largest sapphire, jade, ruby pieces in the world.

Day 02: Yangon Sightseeing
This day, we enjoy a sightseeing tour in Yangon. Your guide will show you the city center which is full of vibrant local life – street food as well as the shadows of the colonial time.
In the afternoon, we visit Kandawgyi Lake where we have an opportunity to observe Karawelk Hall which is a reconstruction of a golden royal barge that floats on the eastern side. Next, go to the most sacred shrine in Myanmar – the Shwedagon Paya.

Day 03: Bagan Arrival
Today, we take a flight to Nyuang-U (1.5 hours). Once there, we transfer to Bagan – the ancient city.
We will begin an orientation tour of the town and visit the archaeological site in the next day. Then, go to the Shwezigon Paya which is one of the main Buddhist sites in the town.

Day 04: Bagan Sightseeing
Today, get a bicycle and we enjoy a sightseeing tour in Bagan. We ride and witness manifold impressive temples like Ananda Pahto, That Bin Nyu Paya, Htilominlo Temple, Dhammayangyi Pahto and Shwesandaw Paya along with some smaller hidden gems. Discovering the temple site by bike is the best way to get into the ambiance of this incredible place. You also have a chance to capture some impressive views when you climb stairs to vantage points.
We then head back to the hotel and relax.

Day 05: Bagan – Myaing
Morning at leisure. You can spend time discovering the stalls, coffees, and the Nyaung U Market. Other places you should visit would be the Archaeological Museum, the Royal Palace.
In the afternoon, we leave Bagan and drove to Myaing.

Day 06: Myaing Sightseeing
This morning, we take a bicycle and ride around the nearby villages. We stop at the first village and get into a presentation about the project from a local member. The today activities and meals will be shared among 4 nearby villages; hence, they all benefit from the project.
Pay a visit to thanaka farm and strive out the genuine product that you will observe the faces of many Burmese. We then ride to a second village and get to know about the local farming and seasonal crops.
Head back to the lodge and we’ll help out with a tree-planting project and after that, participate in a dinner that cooked by some of the local villagers.

Day 07: Myaing – Mandalay
We ride to the small wooden monastery that has existed 170 years ago. We will stop at a village for breakfast prepared by the residents. After breakfast, we continue our journey to another village and head to a women’s cooperative to get to know about their weaving, craft, and sewing.
Later, we get on a bus to Mandalay. En route, head to the stunning Sagaing Temples which is a collection of gilded stupas situated on the nearby hills.

Day 08: Mandalay Sightseeing
We enjoy a walking tour in Mandalay today. We take a boat down the renowned Ayeyarwady River to Mingun. Once there, we will get a glimpse of the Mingun Pahtodawgyi which is an enormous stupa and would have been the largest in the world.
After an excursion to Mingun, we head back to Mandalay to have some time relaxed or do some optional activities. Perhaps, you will like to immerse yourself in some serene moments at the old-aged Sweinbin Teak Monastery or strive your hand at a gold leaf that makes in the Gold Pounders District; the Mahamuni Buddha Temple which is an important pilgrimage destination.
In the late afternoon, we head to Mandalay Hill which is believed to be a place where Lord Buddha has left a footprint. We also indulge in the glorious ambiance of the sunset embraces the sky.
In the evening, you get into some entertainments such as a traditional show performed by the Mandalay Marionettes or, a non-conformist comedy show displayed by the Moustache Brothers.

Day 09: Mandalay – Kalaw
This day, we get into a drive to Kalaw. En route, pay a visit the U Bein Bridge which is the longest teakwood bridge in the world. Next, we head onto the Great Road of China as well as visit the mountains of Shan state to admire the impressive scenery of the area.
When we reach Kalaw, the rest of the days will be yours.

Day 10: Kalaw Sightseeing
Our day 10 will be spent on hiking around the hills of Kalaw. You will be escorted to a tea plantation and several villages. Once there, you can stop and have some chit-chat with the locals to get a glimpse of their characteristics as well as the way they live and have lunch at one of the local’s settlements.
Today’s excursion would be interesting as it takes you to an off-beaten-track and away from the touristy destination.

Day 11: Kalaw – Ine Lake
Time to leave Kalaw behind, today, we transfer to Inle Lake. We drive across the mountains and farms then; we stop at the Pindaya Caves which is one of the Golden Caves in Shan State.
Our final destination would be the resort town of Nyuanshwe where we will stay for a few days in Inle Lake.

Day 12: Inle Lake Sightseeing – 1st Day
Board on a motorized boat and we start our excursion along the lake and witness the daily life of the locals including fishermen using a distinctive leg-rowing technique on their boats; cottage industries like silversmiths, weavers, or cigar makers; and floating tomato plantations.
We will stop at a village near the lake for lunch and witness some images of Buddha inside. Also, you will see a golden barge used during Phaung Daw Oo festival.

Day 13: Inle Lake Sightseeing – 2nd Day
Today, you will enjoy a free day stroll around Inle Lake. You can hire a bicycle and cycle to the hot springs, villages, temples nearby. Feel free to ask your guide some suggestion for entertainments.

Day 14: Inle Lake – Yangon
Today, breakfast and morning at leisure until getting escorted to the airport at Heho for a flight to Yangon. The rest of the day will be yours, relax at leisure.

Day 15: Yangon Departure
