Full Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival
Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to warmly welcome and escort you to the hotel in Kathmandu – the capital city of Nepal which is the chaotic nature providing you with an excuse to stroll around the hilltop Buddhist Stupa – Swayambhunath aka Monkey Temple.
Once you’ve settled in the hotel, relax at leisure. Do not miss the glorious sunset scenery over the valley and get into a nine-course Nepali meal. Your first day in Nepal ends up with a traditional Newari Inn in Patan – the twin city.
Day 02: Ancient – Modern Places of Gathering
In the morning, enjoy breakfast and we head to the renowned Patan Durbar Square and we walk through several narrow valleys which will take us back hundreds of years. We enjoy lunch and then, we head to Karma Coffee to enjoy the true atmosphere of the only boutique coffee parlor in Nepal.
Later, the rest of the day will be yours. Enjoy overnight stay at the Traditional Inn in Patan.
Day 03: Discover World Heritage Sites
Today, we head to the most iconic sites of worship in Nepal – Boudhanath, and Pashupatinath which are the two World Heritage Sites recognized by UNESCO. The two sites are severed and worshiped by Buddhist and Hindus across the world.
After that, we have lunch and traverse to Nagarkot which is an idyllic hill resort situated at 2300m. Nagarkot would be the finest destination for you to enjoy the magnificent Himalayan views around the Kathmandu Valley.
Overnight stay at the Nagarkot Farm House.
Day 04: Glorious Sunrise – Ancient Alley Ways
Breakfast beneath the shadow of the all-mighty Himalaya and then, we transfer to Bhaktapur which is the smallest among the three Kingdoms of Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur has it own finest architectural marvels of the 17th-century Nepal.
Today, we spend our day discovering the numerous palaces and temples around the square or, you can opt to get into something more adventurous taking to the varied alleys and streets cutting through Bhaktapur.
Overnight at the traditional Peacock Guest House – an over 700-year-old Inn.
Day 05: Travel to Pokhara
This day, we will have an opportunity to meet the yogurt man aka Humans of Bhaktapur. We witness the century-old family tradition of yogurt-making just before traversing to the airport for a flight to the charming Pokhara – the city of lakes. It is the most prevalent destination and the second-largest city in Nepal owning an enchant of natural beauty.
Just 20’ when the flight taking off, you will be overwhelmed by the gorgeous countryside which is dominated by the placid lakes and the Annapurnas. Welcome to the off-crowd destination.
The rest of the day relax at leisure. Overnight stay at the Temple Tree Resort.
Day 06: Discover Pokhara
Pokhara offers you a wide range of outdoor activities ranging from a short hike up to the Peace Stupa to boating on the charming lakes or even paragliding. Another attraction there would be a myriad of limestone caves lined with bats and a waterfall which is created by a river cutting through a limestone gorge.
If you want, we enjoy a walk to Sarangkot for breathtaking vistas of the Himalaya where you can opt to participate in tandem paragliding.
Overnight stay at the Temple Tree.
Day 07: Kathmandu Arrival
Time to say goodbye Nepal. Breakfast and morning at leisure until getting escorted to the airport for a flight coming home. The trip ends. Hope you really enjoyed the trip and wish that we could serve you next time when it comes to other Asia tour packages.
