Day 01: Luang Prabang Arrival
Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to warmly greet you and escort you to the hotel. Once you’ve settled in the hotel; the rest of the day will be yours. Relax at leisure.
Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 02: Discover Luang Prabang – City Tour & TAEC (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the nearby Morning Market which is prevalent for its fresh vegetable, fish from the Mekong River, medicinal plant and other curiosity. Then, we will continue to visit: Then, discover the Colonial Architecture on the way to the Wat Xieng Thong one of the most beautiful temples in the town. We have Lunch in a local restaurant at around 12:00 noon.
We continue to visit the World Heritage House: – the Wat Pak Khan which was built by Phagna Chanthep under the reign of King Inta Som (1727-76). On the way of the Sakkalin Main street road main stop to the Wat Kili built-in 1773 by the Tai Phuan from Xieng Khouang under the reign of King Rama IV in Rattanakosin period. Next to the Wat Sibounheuang is Wat Sen Tukaram (Wat Sen) built-in 1718.
Later, we will come to the TAEC, which is situated in a historical building, protected by UNESCO, the permanent exhibition that the museum offers to the public show’s items of religious artifacts, working tool, ethnic clothing. Its intention is to improve understanding of the different ways of life and the traditions of different ethnical groups in Laos.
After the visit to TAEC, we will return to the hotel. The rest of the day will be yours.

Day 03: Mekong Cruise (B)
In the early morning around 5:15 AM, rise early to the sound of the temple gong, then join your guide for a walk through the quiet streets. Witness the daily ritual of three hundred young Morning Alms Ceremony monks in saffron robes walking silently and collecting sticky rice as well as other foods in their bronze bowls. This is an important religious ritual in Buddhism and it must be carried out respectfully by both locals and tourists. If you would like to be involved in the offering of food, your guide will be more than happy to show you the best way to interact with monks. Freely to take photos; however, please do not let your flash activated. The tour finishes at 6:30 and returns to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast at the hotel around 8:00 am, you will be picked up by our tour guide and driver at your hotel and brought by minivan to embark on our private boat. After a 1.5-hour cruise upstream the Mekong River with a brief stop in a Rice Wine making a village, we will arrive at Pak Ou Caves. Pak Ou is not only a particular destination but also a place which shelters historic cultural values. Visiting the cave, you will see that this is the home for thousands of Buddhist statues with numerous dimensions. Cruise back and arrive Pier round 12:00 get on the bus to transfer back to the hotel.
The rest of the afternoon is your own leisure in Luang Prabang. Suggestion for your free afternoon: You can join Bamboo Cooking Class (cost is at your own – Price is available upon inquiry), that will start at 4:30 pm and will finish around 7:30 pm.

Day 04: Buffalo Daily Farm & Kuang Si Waterfall (B – L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will spend one morning to experience and learn about a nonprofit organization named Laos Buffalo Dairy. On this tour, you will enjoy Buffalo ice cream, coffee and a choice for one of 3 cakes, which were all made from the produce on the farm, buffalo milk, eggs from the chickens. The story behind the farm and how it came to be and what they are doing for the local community is amazing. You will also feed the pigs which had an organic flooring and absorbed any odors, hence a pig pen with no smell. You feed chickens, buffalos and of course, you even got an opportunity to milk a buffalo. Our guide will available to answer all questions in regards to the Dairy. All animals on the dairy are well looked after, none of them are distressed.
After that, you will have lunch in the farm's restaurant which has the view of the pool and over the other side is the Buffalo farm and Mountain View. In the afternoon we get back to the van to continue our trip to Kuang Si waterfall. It is a breathtaking waterfall you shouldn't miss. Also, KuangSi waterfall is known as the biggest in the Luang Prabang with three tiers leading to a 50-meter drop into impressive azure pools before flowing downstream. The pools are great swimming holes and very prevalent with both tourists and locals
After the swimming the fresh blue water, the tour guide will escort you to the van for the ride back to the city. We arrive at Luang Prabang city center at almost 5 pm. Transfer back to Luang Prabang by private air-conditioned vehicle.
Day 05: Luang Prabang – Vang Vieng (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and then get in a car to move to Vang Vien. The road trip will last about 4.5 hours with a short break on halfway. We will arrive Vang Vieng around 12:30 where you will check-in to the hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure or you can take the opportunity to join an optional ‘Kayaking on Nam Song River’ tour (cost is at your own – Price is available upon inquiry).
Day 06: Discover Vang Vieng (B)
Today, you will be picked up from your hotel to follow the river road south of Meuang Xong village, cross the bridge over the Nam Song to the steps that lead up the cliff to Tham Chang. Tham Chang is considered by many as Vang Vieng’s most important cave. Tham Chang aka Jung became the home for migrating people, who settled close to the town’s southern Meuang Xong Village to rise veggies
We spend about 1.5 hours to visit the cave, get back to the hotel, tour finish at 12:30 pm.

Day 07: Vang Vieng to Vientiane (B – L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Vientiane. Upon arrival, you will check-in to the hotel and then you can enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure. Lunch on arrival in a local Restaurant. After lunch, we will start sightseeing at Buddha Park (Xieng Khuan), which is filled with more than 200 Buddhist and Hindu statues. The tranquil setting along the Mekong River is a contrast to the slightly eccentric sculptures built-in 1958 by a Laos’s shaman.
The concrete sculptures are intriguing and unique, sitting impressively in the serene park. Heading back to Vientiane, you'll stop by the Lao Disabled Women's Development Centre, which aims is bringing knowledge and skills to disabled women so that they can become self-sufficient and productive members of the community. The center focuses its efforts on helping people with disabilities gain independence and self-confidence. A visit to the center gives you an opportunity to talk to these women and to witness their skill at creating handicrafts such as hand-made paper. End your full-day tour of the capital along the banks of the Mekong River and walk on the Thai – Laos Friend-Ship Bridge as the sun begins to set. Walk along the river and stop to get into a cold drink, or sample a snack from one of the many local food stalls (if you want to) before going back to the hotel.

Day 08: Discover Vientiane
You will be picked up at your hotel in Vientiane at 9:00, then our visit begins at the serene Wat Sisaket, the only temple left intact after the Siamese (Thai) invasion in 1828. It is one of the most gorgeous temples in Vientiane, and its breezy teak covered hallways are filled with thousands of small-sized Buddha statues.
We continue our journey to the nearby Wat Phra Keo which was used as a religious museum. Also, we go to the Presidential Palace. Although we are not allowed to go inside, it is a great glimpse into the town’s colonial past as this building once served as the French governor’s palace. Head to COPE, an association working to help landmine victims. A visit to this place offers in-depth information about the history of the American/Vietnam war and the lasting impact of unexplored Vientiane City Tourordinances (UXO) in the region and the efforts underway to clear them.
Make our way to the Patuxay monument, Laos’ version of the Arc de Triomphe, where you can climb upstairs to the roof for sweeping panoramic views of the city. Next, our day excursion takes us to That Luang, the most sacred site in Laos. Constructed by King Setthethirat in the 16th century, the temple is resplendent as the sun is shining upon its towering golden spire. Our tour will end up with a short walk along the banks of the Mekong River. Stroll along the river and stop to get into a cold drink or sample a snack from one of the manifold local food stalls.
When the tour ends, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 09: Departure
Time to say goodbye Laos. Breakfast and morning at leisure until getting escorted to the airport for a flight coming home. The trip ends. Hope you had a wonderful trip and when it comes to other Asia vacation packages, do not forget us.
